No Returns on Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of our products, all Wildness Organic chocolates are perishable goods. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If your order:

Arrives damaged

Is defective

Or is incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess the issue and make it right.
When contacting us, include:

Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
We’ll review each case individually and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Perishable goods (including all chocolates and food items)

Custom or made-to-order products

Sale items

Gift cards
Exchanges
As we do not accept returns on perishable goods, exchanges are not available.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days under EU consumer law.
However, this right does not apply to perishable goods, including food items, once delivery has taken place.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved due to damage, defect, or error on our part:
